APPLICATIONS
For Surface Treatment
of OPP, PET, Nylon, PVC, PE Paper, Laser Film, etc. and for
Treatment After Vacuum Plating.
COATING DEVICE
Specially designed coating device assures extremely uniform
coating effect. Entire unit is easy to adjust. Plate roll mounting
and dismantling is also conveniently done. Coating speed can
be adjusted according to film material variation. A scraping
roller provided on the coating device assures superior uniformity
of coating thickness and surface smoothness.
MOVABLE SINGLE
SHAFT REWINDER
Driven by a high performance DC motor, the rewinder features
automatic tension control and displacement detection to keep
film tension at an optimum condition. Equipment included are:
film roll displacement automatic detector, pressure arm, film
feed tracing device, and EPC. For thin film roll, an additional
auxiliary pressure roller is fitted to increase the surface
rewinding tightness effect.
UNWINDER
The movable unwinding table combined with ready shaft reduces
shaft change time. Automatic tension control and braking system
keeps perfect film tension at all times. Also, a high performance
EDC keeps film feed straight.
COOLING AND
OUTFEED MECHANISM
Outstanding cooling effect is achieved through a special large
area cooling design. Automatic outfeed driving system keeps
film tension at an optimum condition. The dancing system with
displacement detection function assures accurate synchronization
and smoothness of outfeed motion.
INFEED MECHANISM
The infeed mechanism features synchronized automatic adjustment
and displacement detection. An automatic tension controller
is provided to suit material type variation, which assures maximum
smoothness of infeed motion.
DOCTOR BLADE
DEVICE
The ruggedly constructed squeegee mechanism features outstanding
sensitivity. Squeegee angle is adjustable in up/down, right/left
and front/back directions. Micromentric adjustment of squeegee
hold-down pressure assures long service of plate roller, prevents
surface scratching while upgrading coating quality.
MAIN CONTROL
BOX
This main control box displays various conditions such as real-time
running, temperature, pressure and speed. All paramenters for
all machine operations are centralized on the touch sensing
screen. Any malfunction on the production line is controlled
by this control box, for convenient troubleshooting.
